Frequently asked questions.

Have questions about our plans or functionality? We have answers.

What are Profile Slots?

A Profile Slot holds one monitored music identity, such as an artist or group. Signalised tracks its presence, authority and narrative consistency across verified sources.

How does AI Query Tracking work?

Signalised audits how music talent appears in its current approved benchmark. We group measured queries into clusters so you can see where the talent appears and where evidence-backed opportunities remain.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Workspace plans and promo access can be updated from your account settings, and slot limits apply to the workspace you are actively using.

What about Team and Enterprise?

Team and Enterprise workspace plans are supported in the product today for larger collaborative deployments. They are provisioned directly with Signalised rather than through the self-serve pricing flow.

What are Query Clusters?

Query Clusters are groups of search terms with similar search intent (e.g., specific music genres or talent categories). We monitor these clusters to help you track visibility trend shifts over time.
