Signalised provides music intelligence, artist estate auditing, and AI-driven strategic recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of abuse (e.g., scripted scraping).
5.1 Public Data Access: Signalised gather data from public APIs (Spotify, YouTube, etc.). Your use of the Service must comply with the terms of these third-party platforms.
5.2 Intellectual Property: We own all rights, title, and interest in the Signalised platform, including its code, design, and proprietary algorithms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your professional music business purposes.
5.3 Your Input Data: You retain ownership of any data you input. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to process this data to generate your reports and improve our algorithms (on an anonymised basis).

AMcC London Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or music career opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AMcC London Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
